This class offers a balanced, full-body workout that focuses on the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates and winds down with stretching. It’s the perfect class for building both strength and flexibility in a supportive, feel-good flow. The first 35 minutes are dedicated to active Reformer work—strengthening, stabilising, and moving with control, followed by 10 minutes of stretching to enhance flexibility and leave you feeling great.
sculpt
A class designed for those seeking a strength based flow. This class will provide challenges throughout and is a great for those who have an established Reformer Pilates practice. Please note, this class is not suitable for beginners or first-timers.
stretch
Unwind, restore, and release tension with deep, intentional stretches and fluid mobility work. This class is designed to support recovery, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed. A complete full-body reset, Stretch is perfect for all levels.
